📦 SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Delivery times depend entirely on your location:

  • Hyderabad: 1 to 3 working days (applicable to select products).
  • Nearby Cities: 3 to 4 working days.
  • Rest of India: 7 to 10 working days. Note: Working days exclude Sundays and national holidays.

How do I track my order?

The moment your package is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS to follow its journey in real time.

🔄 RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We offer separate windows depending on whether you need an exchange or a refund:

  • Refunds: Must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Exchanges: Must be initiated within 15 days of the delivery date.

Are any items final sale?

Yes. Due to the highly exclusive nature of our luxury and limited-edition drops, all sales on these specific items are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on limited pieces unless they arrive defective.

What condition do items need to be in for a return or exchange?

Garments must be completely unworn, unwashed, and free of any odors or marks. All original Creep House branding tags and packaging must be fully intact and attached.

How do I start a return or an exchange?

Send an email to rare@creephouse.in with your order number and let us know if you want a 7-day refund or a 15-day size exchange. Our team will guide you through the process.

What is the fit of Creep House apparel?

Our t-shirts are designed with a premium, heavy-weight cotton fabric and feature a distinct, oversized streetwear silhouette. If you prefer a more standard fit, we recommend sizing down.

An item I want is sold out. Will it restock?

Our standard everyday apparel collections are restocked periodically. However, our luxury limited-edition drops are never restocked once they sell out. Follow our official pages for drop announcements.
